Workflow Steps

Step 1 - New Client Intake & Assignment

A new seller or buyer client is added to the system and assigned to an agent.

Step 2 - Active Stage (Listing/Searching)

Step 3 - Under Contract / In Escrow

Once the deal closes, the transaction details (sale price, commission rate) are recorded, and the agent's commission is automatically calculated and scheduled for payment.
