Workflow Steps
Step 1 - Project Kick-off & Goal Alignment
Hold a formal kick-off meeting with the client to define and agree upon project goals, timeline, success criteria, and roles and responsibilities.
Step 2 - Solution Design & Configuration
Work with the client to design and configure the software or solution to meet their specific business requirements, which is documented and signed off in a Business Requirements Document (BRD).
Step 3 - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Training
Conduct training sessions for the client's end-users. Then, have the client perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in a staging environment to confirm the solution works as expected.
Step 4 - Go-Live & Post-Launch Support
Deploy the solution to the client's production environment. Provide a period of "hypercare" or hands-on support immediately after go-live to ensure a smooth transition and address any immediate issues.
